It was a complicated recall repair job and the wrong part was ordered and the service manager was MIA when I went to pick up the car and I really received no explanation of what happened. It was difficult for me to get the car up there early enough and do a turnaround to go back and get it. Really a horrible experience.

Are stop there was fast and painless.. can’t wait to get a appointment to get are sensors taken care of on the car.. Jacob was right there to help and assist! We have found a new place to bring our cars!!!! And thank you again ✅

Initially there was not clarity as to how long the vehicle would be in service area. Employees were very helpful in shuttling us home as we hadn't brought a second car.

While I am satisfied with my service today, it took almost 2 hours when it should have been closer to 1 hour. I think once the quirks are worked out with the new way of doing things it will get better but today was a really long day for an oil change.

Christian Ortiz did a good job as my service coordinator. He told me what additional work my car needed, but did not pressure me to schedule it and reassured me that the vehicle should be fine for a little whip until I can get the work scheduled. I was not pleased with (1) the wait (3h 15m, rather than the 2 h estimate), (2) the texting system for communication that asked me to reply to the text if I had a question, which I did (ask a question) but never got a response, and (3) the video of the “multipoint inspection” that I was told I should expect “shortly”, but did not get any notice about until I received the text indicating my vehicle was ready for pick up and when I did review the video it was only a walk around the exterior with no evidence of inspection of tires, brakes, or anything else. Similar to what Lexus of Portland provides, I was expecting the video inspection to be done when the car was on a lift and show me all of the different things that were inspected. I realize some of these systems are new to you, but would encourage you to work out the bugs so other customers don’t become as frustrated as I was.

The symptoms that I brought the truck in for were not solved, but with another inspection a **** problem was diagnosed, it is to be replaced hopefully as soon as possible as we have a camping trip planned on May 18 th. Thx, Bud

Notified service rep that tire warning light came on, on the way in and needed that looked at due to upcoming trip. After 15,000 mile service was completed, upon returning to my car, the warning light was still on. Notified the desk person. Turned out tires were never checked and tires were low. Makes me wonder what else was skipped over.
