Your service people were extremely friendly. The service they provided was good. I was there 10 minutes early and it took two hours to get my Jeep back for a scheduled oil change. I just don’t feel that that’s appropriate if I hadn’t had an appointment and it was a drive-in. I would get it, but Kelton was absolutely charming and sweet.

It did not seem like they even moved my vehicle. It was parked in the exact same way and spot as when I dropped it off. I wonder if they actually rotated the tires.
Everyone was very nice that helped me, everyone there is always very nice. There are just two complaints that I have..they left some of their garbage in my car which has never happened before, and the second thing is they said they would re attach my passenger mirror cover and it was left in my car. Other than that, everything was great.
Christian left the area while I waited completion of my car. His partner at the counter picked up our case and took care of us! Nice, I thought.
