Eric and the entire Service department are amazing. They not only take great care to make sure your vehicle is in perfect running condition but also value their customers and are concerned for their well being and safety. Professionals like Eric, and all level of employees, including Rio the foreman, are the reason I am driving my 5th Sportage.

The reason I was in wasn't actually resolved, but staff was very courteous And helpful. They did perform the software update (I assume). My car is still showing as unauthorized to use a Tesla supercharger, which I was hoping the software upgrade would solve, but didn't.

Told by one of your front service specialist that it would take 1- 1.5 hrs waiting for my oil and filter service. but took them almost 4 hrs for them to finished it.

Service was fine however I was told it would be done in about an hour and half. However 5 hours later I finally called and they were just finishing it up. When I picked up my car I had another appointment with my daughter to get to and noticed that my car had been ran through a car wash and it was completely covered in water spots. I tried to wipe them down with a towel but I was not able to get them off. As soon as I was able to go to a car wash about 2 hours after I picked it up from Kia I was able to get most of them off but not all of them and it was a lot of work to get what I could off. I was not happy since i pay for a mobile detailer to wash my car 2x a month and I knew there no water spots on my car prior to taking it to Kia. I will be making sure moving forward I will make sure to tell the service provider not to wash my car again.
