I got great service even though they could not repeat the issue the car was having.
Nezo was incredible I took my stinger gt in for an inspection and he was so honest and stood on integrity. I will definitely be coming back for any future issues with my car

I want to thank Jacob and the service department for taking care of my 2025 Sorento which was damaged by a collision with an object on Hwy 168 in early August. Jacob is a very kind, calm and efficient service writer. He helped me both emotionally and financially by suggesting I contact my insurance for a claim. He helped keep my visits to the service department as few as possible and I now have my Sorento back as good as new! This experience has definitely changed my view of dealership service departments!
Flaco was really nice and extremely helpful. I was able to communicate questions I had while they serviced my car. I appreciate how welcoming all the staff are. I believe Flaco was the person I worked with last time I took my car in for a nail in the tire and he’s taken care of me both times, no complaints whatsoever.

Eric was awesome as are all the service advisors. I will say I hate your system to call in and make an appointment. I prefer speaking to a human. There were things I wanted to tell the advisor as a heads up prior to coming in but was unable to.

Everyone did a great job on my vehicle this time and I was appreciative of the fast service.
I was offered a "complimentary" car wash, which they never do; that's just annoying. Then my work badge went missing, which was weird. This is why I hate servicing my car at this location, because if it's not one thing, it's another. Also nothing is explained on what was serviced or what my recalls were. They turned off my sensor for my emergency brake again weird, it was working just fine now its not on.
He was very attentive, took care of my needs was a priority for him. He provided a calm environment where I could relax.
I was told that my vehicle would be washed. I was sent an uber and upon my arrival to the service center I was told the vehicle was needed a wash and if wanted to wait. I left without the wash, I feel that I should have been picked up when all that I was told would happen was completed. Otherwise friendly and polite service.
