Geo was great and he got my issues resolved. However, would have liked more frequent updates on my vehicle. I’ve had to call every time to see when my vehicle would be ready.

I had an 8:45 appointment for an oil change and it took three and a half hours! My car came out of the bay and was parked at the end of the building for at least 30 minutes. I went to the service desk and was told the car was ready. Longest oil change EVER. Making the appointment with 'Harmony' took 3 tries! It is frustrating and irritating to be hung-up on by a robot!!! After 8 years, I question whether I want to come back!!! Geovanni was great, so I really don't know where the problem is with questionable communication.

I am always pleased with the service I receive at Fresno Kia. The staff is friendly and courteous, even when they are swamped with customers. I have to travel from Porterville, but it is worth the drive.

Our experience started off great, which makes what happened even more disappointing. After dealing with other dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the booking and drop-off process was. I received Lyft service right away and had excellent customer service from Eric at drop-off.
Unfortunately, the follow-up completely ruined that first impression. We never received a call that our vehicle was ready, and my wife had to call herself to confirm before leaving work. I paid over the phone and was told nothing about any issues or safety concerns. When my wife arrived, she was simply handed the keys and invoice — no communication whatsoever about the car’s condition.
The following Monday morning, we noticed a yellow circle around a bubble in the sidewall of her tire — a serious safety concern. My pregnant wife and our son were allowed to drive off the lot in a vehicle that was clearly unsafe.
When we called Geo in service (who was great and handled the situation as best he could) immediately confirmed that the tire was unsafe and said he wouldn’t let anyone he knew drive it. That’s exactly what makes this so frustrating — someone knew, yet we were never told.
We completely understand that maintaining our vehicle is our responsibility, but it’s also your responsibility to notify customers of any unsafe conditions before returning to the car. That didn’t happen.
My wife was offered a $40 discount, which didn’t feel appropriate given the situation, but Geo did eventually take care of her after her request for a complimentary oil change. Still, our trust has been seriously damaged.
We later found an inspection email in our spam folder, but there was no call, no conversation, and no warnings at pickup. That’s unacceptable. We’re thankful everyone is safe, but it’s disappointing and concerning that safety wasn’t prioritized the way it should have been.
