I'm not sure which visit this was for, but I am very happy with Flaco and the team's service. My transmission still hard-shifts into first gear intermittently, but as long as my car won't blow up, then I'm fine with it.
Eric was great, super thorough, patient, and made sure I was happy with the service before leaving.
This isn’t specifically about Abby but more about the entire front desk staff. On multiple occasions I’ve walked in and there are 2-3 people not helping anyone and they are either just talking to each other, on their phones, or working on the computer and I just stand there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. And when I finally do get acknowledged a few minutes later they don’t seem happy to help me. I’ve also been asked several times to fill out this survey and give 10s…doesn’t seem professional.
