Flaco was very friendly and professional. When service and recall was complete he came and got me from waiting lounge. Walked me back to car and explained everything was complete.
We came up in for a recall issue on our car. Everyone we dealt with was very courteous and helpful. We had flexibility in dropping off and picking up our car. The Service Department was very prompt to repair the recall issue and their follow up messages kept us in informed. Overall, Great Service!
Several issues came up while my vehicle was being fixed and took longer than expected. I’ll have to say once Flaco was aware of situation he had me come in and took the time to show me the damage and kept me informed. He was very helpful and got my Kia Stinger back on the road
