Please be very nice to Eric. He is the best service rep I have ever had with any auto company! He goes the extra mile to make sure that my warranty coverages are applicable. He advises me on when my next appointment should be. He listens when I explain a potential issue with my vehicles. He always asks me if I have a lift home or not, so to order an Uber for me. He gives me 5-plus Star Service every time I visit your service department. Make sure you keep him as part of your service team! A fantastic individual!!
