My car is down shifting abnormally, not sure what happened during the service today. It may need to be recalibrated to sync transmission and engine. I tried calling back but was on hold for 40 minutes and then I could not reach anyone after that. I will need to return. Geovanni’s service this morning was friendly, he greeted me and thanked me when I left. He was very knowledgeable and genuine. I appreciate his service.
