Diana kept me informed throughout the time my car was in for service both by phone and text. I aporeciated this so that I did not need to call and check on service. She did an excellent job and I really appreciated that.

However, when you’re waiting in the customer lounge why would salespeople try and sale you a car? or ask if you’re in the market. Thats just extremely unprofessional! And, it’s rude. Flaco always has amazing customer service. He’s very thorough and helps you feel seen and heard rather than just another customer. I personally think he goes above and beyond than what I expect. He’s definitely someone I value and trust walking into the maintenance department!
Eric went above and beyond to check the status of what service my car needed by checking past service rather than just going by what the computer said it needed. He took the time to explain things, was thorough, kind and respectful.
