This was our first service for the vehicle and Kia did not disappoint. The tine frame they gave us for service was accurate. The staff was super friendly.

Service advisor Eric is more than exceptional . He had to stay on the mechanic to make sure the work is done and completely repaired. When I reviewed my vehicle back from service, there was debris from the service on all the attachments and dried radiator fluid on hoses and engine compartment. It was very messy completing of service. I take care of my vehicles and expect them to be returned better than received. Washing the car after service is a nice touch. It visual upon return. Go to the next level and clean the motor compartment. That would be an awesome service!!

My visit at Kia was handled professionally and my car was done as promised. Excellent customer service.
She was very responsive. Overall your service dept is slow to check people in, that should be improved. But once Abby was ready she did a great job. But yes, there was more waiting around at the service desk than I think should happen, but that wasn't on Abby.

Eric and the crew was great as always. They got the car in in the middle of the day even though they were jammed and they even washed the car when they said they wouldn’t have time.
They never called me to let me know about my vehicle I had to be calling and never explained to me what was wrong poor service
Very attentive and helpful. My husband and I truly enjoy his happy go lucky ways and how he updates us. Great guy and staffing.
