The car overheated on the way home and had to be towed back to Kia I’m thoroughly dissatisfied and disappointed We had to pay over 6 thousand dollars and a second tow bill as well . I’d like to be reimbursed for the tow bill I believe that would be the least KIA could do

Service advisor Eric is more than exceptional . He had to stay on the mechanic to make sure the work is done and completely repaired. When I reviewed my vehicle back from service, there was debris from the service on all the attachments and dried radiator fluid on hoses and engine compartment. It was very messy completing of service. I take care of my vehicles and expect them to be returned better than received. Washing the car after service is a nice touch. It visual upon return. Go to the next level and clean the motor compartment. That would be an awesome service!! We love our old Kia with 126,000 miles!

She was very responsive. Overall your service dept is slow to check people in, that should be improved. But once Abby was ready she did a great job. But yes, there was more waiting around at the service desk than I think should happen, but that wasn't on Abby.
