It was a long wait. My appointment was at 10:30 and my car was done at 3:45. I should have dropped it off.

My second time taking my car there. Both times the service was above and beyond.
I absolutely loved the treatment and care I and my car received that day. However, I think the people in the service office where customers enter could acknowledge customers much more quickly. I stood there for at least 20 minutes without being asked if I needed help. It was only when the service man who handled my car walked in and helped me right away. I love Kia and am grateful for the service. I just think when customers walk in for appointments, they could acknowledge us right away. There were 4 men on computers who didn’t even look up. I was invisible for 15-20 minutes. I had never been ignored like that in the past. Just work on that.

Service advisor was very knowledgeable in the services that were presented to me. He was also understanding in what I wanted in my service.
Was not updated on progress on my vehicle, I had to text to get updated info on end of 2nd day , then was informed vehicle won’t be ready until end of third day , I was having to get rides to and from work. Was not offered a loaner vehicle,
