I love the fact that when I walked in Giovanni asked what he could do for me 10 secs from walking in. I also really appreciated that he also didn’t make me feel little by talking down to me. Would most definitely return just because of Giovanni.

Eric greeted me warmly when I entered the service office and after looking up my appointment he did a very thorough and thoughtful job of explaining the process and inspections that would be performed on my Telluride for its 7500 mile service. He listened to my requests for some additional items to be addressed during the service and noted them on the invoice. He was personable and professional in providing excellent customer service and his helpfulness was very much appreciated as this was my first visit to the service department since I purchased the vehicle at the dealership.
