Parts to repair my truck had been received at Toyota 3 weeks before I stoped by to check on them and only then was I given an appointment to get my truck repaired. It was warranty work.

I brought my vehicle in due to a recall with the air bags. Upon receiving my vehicle, the rear driver side seat was torn. There was fabric ripped from the seat belt holder and left scattered in the seat carelessly. Originally I was told my vehicle would be fixed within the day (Wednesday April 2nd) I am understanding that due to weather it was not able to be completed that day. However, the following day (Thursday April 3rd) I was not contacted or updated on my vehicles status. Finally, Friday morning (April 4th) I was reached out to that my vehicle was ready. Just to find out my seat has been damaged. I am thankful a new seat is being ordered but now I have to return the vehicle and wait for that repair as well. As this is very inconvenient to me as this is my daily driver with young kids. I do appreciate the manager being kind and apologetic. Although, the service team needs a reminder that paying attention to detail and taking care of the vehicles they service is still apart of their jobs.

We had to install the spare tire to get to the dealership. The replacement tire was not in sytovk and had to be ordered. The next day the warranty replacement was installed. The spare was not installed back under the truck instead it was put in the bed of the truck!! So the tire warranty will pay towards towing but not to put the spare back where it belongs? Not good customer service!!

Tyler really went the extra mile in attentiveness and service. The work was done exceptionally well and in a timely fashion, rare for large projects like I had done. Coad is my “go-to” for repairs and maintenance. Bravo!

Mr. Blisset does a great job taking care of me when I bring my car in for service, but your whole staff is top notch, which is why I bring my car back to Coad for service. He keeps me updated on what’s going on with my car, and upcoming service. He’s also able to schedule me in a reasonable time that’s convenient for me. He goes above and beyond, which is something that can’t be said about customer service these days.
