I was not happy with the person who supposed to service our vehicle, all the mirrors were moved and mail I had in the seat was in floor. Changed air in tires to 35, should be 46, depth of tire tread showed more than last time.
I wonder if he was properly trained.

Jeff is always friendly and helpful with questions I have regarding the Highlander I now drive and the Rav that should be delivered in a few days. I appreciated his knowledge about the technological items which were new to me. He is ready and willing to answer those types questions and show me how to maneuver through the process of learning them. I thank him for his patience as I learned and am still learning.

I had new brake pads installed on my 2018 Lexus. I dropped off the car at 9 AM and then got a courtesy ride to work. I was initially told the car would be ready by 1-1:30, which is great because I get off at 1. When I got back around 1:30, my car was not ready. It was a little past 3 before my car was finished. I don’t know if they put other cars before mine knowing I wouldn’t be back until 1 to pick it up or what. However, this extra time waiting was not what I had planned on. Plus, I had to go check on the time factor as no one updated me on the extra time it was taking. Sorry, but you asked for my comments.
I was very pleased with all services provided. Tyler was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgable about all. I am very picky and hesitant to have anything done with my Rav 4. Thank you

I am on oxygen and the lady getting odometer readings went and got my Hylander and brought it to me so I wouldn’t have to walk. That was very appreciated.
The service I received. I should have received 10 months ago and I shouldn't have had to contact Toyota. 10 months of dealing with coad just to be told I would have to pay for it myself. One call to Toyota and I received a call 5 days later telling me they would take care of it.
