Coad Toyota wrote the book on excellent service. From the time we enter the service department, checking in , entering the waiting area with comfortable seating, tv to watch or snacks to eat, to updates on service and then check out. Coad has kept the customer’s needs first and foremost. The wait time getting my service was short and efficient. My experience was one that is rare in today’s business world.
