Vehicle is leaking oil after my oil change. I’ve probably lost several quarts of oil. Now it’s the weekend when this was found out, and the service department is closed, the sales manager wasn’t very understanding and was accusatory when he asked me why I didn’t call sooner. I had just gotten it serviced Friday morning at 7:30, and the screw to the oil reservoir mustn’t have been tightened well. After driving to and from the grocery store Saturday was when I discovered this issue. Not pleased with my service at all. Expecting them to make it right first thing Monday, but now I will miss work, lost time dealing with this, and had to clean up a mess in my garage.
I appreciate Tyler providing printed information regarding tire choices so I could take home to further research and review before deciding on a tire choice.
I was satisfied but somewhat surprised at the cost--almost $100. I have not , as yet, reviewed the statement tho.

We were fixing to leave on a trip and i knew we had something that needed to be looked at on our Highlander. I explained the situation to Jeff and he got it in the next day. I would like to thank Jeff and Toyota for their dedication and support to their customers.
I very much want to thank the technician who fixed the three tire sensors…one was dead and the other two were headed in that direction. The re-programming tool he used keep turning off on its own, but eventually did work (I assume!) anyway, the man did not get his usual lunch break and I want to thank him for persevering until the sensors were adjusted. Also, I would like to know WHICH TIRE SENSOR WAS PROPERLY FUNCTIONING. Many thanks!/Bev Dirnberger
