This is the 3rd time at this dealership and they still haven't fixed the problem. RCTA does not detect any rear cross traffic. They keep telling us that it is fixed and is not. Very dissatisfied
In looking at the bill, I noticed we were charged for the tire rotation. It was my understanding that when we purchased the set of 4 tires from your dealership the rotation would be done at no charge.
Otherwise staff were very friendly.
Please advise if your tire policy has changed.

The work was fine, but I was told it would take an hour to complete. My routine checkup took almost 2 hours. Very slow.

Very good service person. I'm sad he's leaving. He's been there since I bought my car almost 6 years ago. Bummer.
