The service tech dumped motor oil on the engine when he added. Now my truck smells like burning oil inside the cab when the engine is warm. I know the smell will go away after it burns off. I expect this crappy service from Jiffy Lube but not Newbold Toyota. Newbold BMW never did this on any of my BMW services
I literally just changed my air filter and cabin filters two weeks ago and you suggested I needed a cabin air filter, not sure what that was about

From making an appointment to picking it up after maintenance, this was a first class experience. Plus, i never feel gouged or ripped off. Unusual with repair shops. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. They are a great operation.
They keep my car in good shape.
The check in and in scheduling with the service writer was excellent. However it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Should have been a 30 minute task. I had an appointment not a drop in. Not impressed.
I appreciate the vehicle inspection video that is text to me. And a text when the service is completed.

The only thing I was dissatisfied about was that they tried to tell me I needed to replace my cabin air filter. I had just replaced it prior to getting my oil change done now. And when I told them that they relooked at it and found that indeed it was clean. I don’t like being taken advantage of.

There was an issue with the tires I expected to receive at a certain price as quoted two weeks prior by a young female representative that said she was new. Jim Allen did what he could to get me as close to my original quoted price as he could, kudos to Jim Allen for his customer service.
My husband came in to service the vehicle however I am the one who scheduled the service. When my husband came in he asked to have his number added so he would receive text messages for updates. Not only did he not receive any updates he couldn’t approve any of the services asking to be approved. I didn’t have my phone on me which caused no services to be approved because all the updates went to me and approvals. Huge over site and lack of communication.
Very nice waiting room. Does Toyota offer extensions on the warranties
