Helen did an awesome job walking my daughter and me through the entire process. She provided a solution to an ongoing issue with my vehicle. She texted me with future things my vehicle will need. Helen also cleaned up my initial request as I selected too many services that I didn't need but will need in the immediate future. Helen was great.

Actually everything was great I just wanted to make you aware that I waited 2 hours for an oil change. When I asked what was taking so long I was told they were waiting on a part which is understandable I think good customer service is letting the customer know ASAP.

I was a bit annoyed that the service staff didn’t inform me that they didn’t have a key cutting machine ahead of time when I brought in a key to be programmed to work with my car. I was advised that the key needed to be cut for the fob to be programmed, which I didn’t know. I basically wasted an hour of my time and $100.00 going to an appointment that I didn’t need to since it wasn’t going to work regardless. It just would have been nice if someone in service would have told me beforehand so that I could get the key cut by someone who had one of those machines and then made my appointment for my key to be programmed. This is my first experience with Newbold, and I’m not impressed.

An hour and 15 minutes for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation is outrageous. If it was a walk in, I understand the wait. If it’s scheduled, this is crazy.

Took 2 hours to rotate tires and to do multi point inspection. I never would have made an appointment and waited if I knew it would take that long. This was my first time taking my car in for service and not one person explained what was even being done to my car. I had to ask after my car was done. My previous car was a Honda and I would take to Serra and I was always given an estimated time and explanation of what service was being done. If my next experience is like this one I had yesterday at Newbold, I will be taking my car to be serviced elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.

Jim is great but the service technician pulled a connection loose behind the dash and I am having to get it repaired by the original installer to get my backup camera working again.

We were told we needed a new battery and 4 new tires. We took our RAV4 to three different dealers to price tires. One of the dealers quoted a price of $150 less than Newbold plus offered a $60 prepaid Nastercard for the same exact tires. When we showed a printout to the service rep, Jonathon, he said, "We don't price match." His demeanor was like "if you don't like our price, go somewhere else. We had our battery tested at 2 automotive stores and the results at both indicated our battery was operating at 90% or better. This made us feel like the tech person didn't check the battery and said we needed a new one because it is 5 years old. This experience makes us feel like we want to have our Toyota cars serviced someplace not named Newbold.

Been 3-days & my vehicle is still not fixed. I have not had a good experience with Newbold this week. The FM Steve is involved in the situation. I think the customer service needs attention. I've been called "dear" & "hun". And the level of professionslism I would expect has been lacking.
