Service department must have used my radio/video screen for listening/watching, while they had it. The screen was on something I haven't had it on yet,when I got my truck back. So now the question is, did I really have to wait as long as I did? For rain guards & bug deflector to be installed? I noticed they only put on 2 rain guards, before I got it back. I asked about the other 2, it didn't take very long, maybe 10 minutes for them to put them on. While they where listening to my radio/video did they run my battery down? Did they run the motor the whole time? My gas mileage was down when I got back in it. I'm only asking. Is my time waiting valued? Thank you, Karen H
