I understand that you have over head and staff that you have to pay for but my recent service was way overpriced. I came into get a door handle replaced . The parts were 3 times what I could buy on line . I was quoted installation of parts at irmo lock smith around 150. 00 and parts should be around 150. I paid almost 600. I had this handle replaced years ago at Clark’s auto clinic and it was 175. Total . I brought it in because I ordered the part from you instead of of Amazon big mistake on my part . Your price is just exorbitant. I learned my lesson.

I do appreciate all of employees at Nissan as they are true customer oriented and happy to serve. I do appreciate you took me that day. Having the night before having an issue with my tire. Without an appointment I took a chance to come in. That and so many other times you have always helped me. I’m truly pleased with your service. And the staff.

Greg was off so another rep called and said it was ready. Drove to dealer and when starting the car, message on radio screen saying it was in Factory mode. Went back in and told rep, he went back to talk to service and the guy that installed the radio was off. So bring back on Monday. Too much hassle going back and forth so left it there. Wasted trip.
Do your service guys not test the parts they installed? Researched message and said it was never setup/calibrated. Not too happy about it. Still waiting for a call back from Greg after/if they look at today. Car has been at the service shop for a week.

Mr Carter was very professional and committed to his job I really appreciate that his understanding and dedication was unbelievable he explained everything to me about what’s going on with my vehicle and was knowledgeable about any of every question I asked I just wish more people like Mr Carter was available in all phases in the world of work thanks
I was completely dissatisfied with the poor communication and lack of time management I experienced. I dropped my car off at 8:30 a.m. for an oil change and potential brake and rotor work, only to return after work at 3:45 p.m. and find that the services were still not completed. I called for an update at 12:00pm regarding the status of the vehicle and Dave mentioned he was awaiting a follow up from the tech regarding pricing and information about the leak they found. I didn’t leave the dealership until just before 5:30 p.m., which was extremely inconvenient. I had to rush to pick up my child from childcare and deal with heavy traffic. To make matters worse, I now have to schedule additional services for another day—services that could have and should have been completed during the original appointment.
Waiting area not very accommodating. Could not get decaf coffee. I had an early morning appointment and could not even get a breakfast bar.
My backup camera notification is still not fixed so I will bring that up at my next appt.
