I still think 2+ hours is a bit long to wait for service BUT when the work and follow-up is professional, I guess it’s worth the wait. I have to say one thing that really stood out was the way the steering wheel, door handle and dash were all wiped down, I cannot tell you how much that means to me! So many times I’ve gotten an oil change elsewhere and I ALWAYS have to go back in to get a rag and complain about the grease all over the steering wheel, shifter, armrests etc. Thank you for this attention to detail, truly appreciated!

The scheduling of my appointment was without issue but the service itself I do have concerns with. Firstly, being told I need services done to my truck I most definitely do not is getting to be an every time affair. I’ve been told I need a new battery when the one in the truck is only four months old, I’ve been told I need new rotors when there is clearly no need based on the pictures. Furthermore the technicians bent my air box which I had to fix later on one occasion during the multipoint inspection and left greasy finger prints and marks all over my truck on the last service. My other problem is that the prices are getting high even for a dealership. If I’m going to the dealership I expect to be receiving genuine Nissan parts for the premium price I’m paying but even that is not the case. Finally charging the customer a 3% surcharge for a credit card is ridiculous. That 3% is part of your cost of doing business, not my cost of using your services. If this trend continues I will be seeking other businesses to complete the service needs of my vehicle.
