Carter Welsh was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely nice and professional, and I didn’t have to wait long at all for the services I received. On a scale of one to ten, Carter gets a ten. Overall, it was a great experience.

This is preferred place to get my truck serviced at because this is where I purchased it at and Carter is the only one I desk with because he always takes care of what we need. He's the best!

I was very disappointed in the lack of care the first go around, i understand things take time to get them right but to get my car back after a week and have to fix it with some guys at work with a tire iron, and a pair of needle nose channel locks and a apple juice jug. I am however happy with Greg’s response in making right. And the dealer ships ability to work with me remotely through my fiancé. 10/10 recovery on the go around so far

I have a very hectic and involved schedule, I drive to people’s homes to sell them windows & doors and cover an area from Ft. Mill to Aiken . I’m on call. 12 hours a day and have to block time off to handle things such as car repair and coordinate with a rental company. This is why I specifically asked David Lauer what the best case time scenario was and worst case, he said 1 day best, 2 days worst so we scheduled to drop off on Monday at 8:15 and pick up by end of business on Wednesday, at the latest! I used this timeframe for vehicle rental and to block schedule in order to drop off rental and pick up my vehicle. No phone call from Dave at end of business on Monday to update me as to progress so I figured this meant worst case scenario, 2 days picking up end of business on Tuesday. I called and left message for Dave at 9:52am asking he call with update. No reply as of 4:30pm so called and left message for service manager . Dwayne called back and left message at 4:50pm saying Dave is off today so will call me tomorrow but I told had rental car for 3 days so no big deal. Dave finally called me at 9:18am today and said the car is in niw and they’re STARTING the reprogram! I said starting, why did I gave an appointment for 8:15am on Monday if they weren’t going to start job until 49 hours later!! Dave started in with all kinds of BS, which I called him out on. He then said he never told me 1 or 2 days, which is BS!! He then had other excuses so I hung up on him and called Dwayne to leave another message expressing my frustration, no reply! Please note, I will NEVER again take my car to a **** Smith for service, nor will I ever consider buying a car from there! Terrible customer service, a lack of caring attitude and an atmosphere of mediocrity exists there, never again will I go there and I’m going to make a point of telling this tale everywhere I can.

Was disappointed that cashier did not inform me first that there was now a sur change on credit card usage. I did not notice the charge until I got home. Went back and got the matter resolved.

Amazing service!!! Very professional and patient staff. They listened to my car issues, as will as my financial situation, and were able to offer plans to accommodate both. Highly recommend them.

Didn’t diagnose a thing. Paid for a diagnostic service, the result was, “we need more time, but we still charging you $200 for not diagnosing anything”. Terrible customer service. Terrible explanation. Terrible service. Had the car 4 hours and literally didn’t clear a single code. Test drove the car and let it sit in the bay. Saw it with my own eyes. The tech didn’t offer the option to bring it back Monday when they open all day for a real diagnosis. They were more interested in leaving at 2pm and collecting my $200. Completely unsatisfied and I will not be returning. I have owned 8 different Nissans but I am DONE. Oh, and I was hung up on for asking what was actually done in the 4 hours they had the car.
