Carter is always helpful and always takes care of anything I need. He makes everting less stressful which is a huge plus. Dwayne is also super helpful and wealth of knowledge
Everything was exceptional. No complaints.
Whatever the reason, when making an appointment it should not take almost 2 hours for an oil change.
Mr Gregory is awesome!! Listened to my concerns. Very patient and kind personality. Thank you for your customer service.
Customer service and staff were very nice and professional
I think that the Nissan Corporation should be announcing a recall on the infotainment screens on their new Rogue models! Please go online, and you can quickly see that your customers are not satisfied with Nissan’s apparent reluctance to correct this problem! I owned a 2012 Murano Platinum, and never had any problems, trading it after 150000+ miles for my current Rogue Platinum. I am totally satisfied with the Rogue except for the infotainment system radio, GPS, MyQ, etc. problems.
Gregory was very professional. Any and all of my concerns were handled. There was an issue with the part delivery, but Gregory notified of the situation in a timely manner. From start to finish, no issues or complaints.
Great communication! Prompt service.
Excellent customer service!
I appreciated Greg explaining the report to me and showing me how to access and manage it online. Before today, he was also responsive to my questions about a service.
Thank you for being thorough and providing the peace of mind I needed! I am very grateful. Happy holidays!
They usually tell you things are going on with your car, but I didn’t receive that service today so yes, I am very unhappy with the service that I received
Servicer came to me with a bill for $981 for required services at 30,000 miles. Not happy with the bill, but understood it needed to be done. Was also told the $30 tire rotation would be taken off since I purchased my tires directly from Nissan. When paying the bill and asking for a copy of the receipt to confirm the $30 tire rotation charge had been removed, was told disrespectully by the clerk that it 'would have been good to mention that before running the card' for a charge that could have been confirmed by looking at the already printed information. Even more surprised to find my bill, which I was expecting to be around $951 after being informed about the bill and credits, had an additional approximately $200 on top of the $980 bill to total it out to $1176. Even with the 3% credit card charge, which only equates to around $29, That is a drastic price increase from the original price I was quoted and removed any trust I had with **** Smith Nissan, which is why I will not be returning for the $225 quoted price to program a new Nissan brand remote key for my vehicle which was determined to require about 90 minutes to 2 hours to program. After this experience, I do not trust **** Smith with my vehicle and am considering the longer distance commute to another Nissan location for my services.
