I usually dread car maintenance. However, whole process, from my initial call to completion was very easy and efficient. I liked communicating via text messages and for my appointment Devon was very kind and helpful.

I was very disappointed in the communication by Kia service at Wexford. I got numerous reminders and texts about my appointment, replied to both and it took over 18 hours to hear back from someone. In addition to the texts, I left a voicemail with the service center and that did not help speed up the communication process.
