I brought my car in because the check engin elight had come on. Devon noticed that the oil was due to be changed as well. he checked with the department and inaddition to having the check engine light reviewed, also had my oil changed. i really appreciatef the good service
Great service and communication
I had scheduled an appointment for a repair. However, due to a staffing issue, the vehicle was not diagnosed that day and was kept overnight. The recall repair was also delayed, possibly due to the same staff issue. I was not made aware of the delay until late in the day. I realize sometimes an extra day is needed if parts are not readily available. However, I'm disappointed the vehicle sat at the shop an entire day without being worked on. I schedule ahead with the understanding the issue will be diagnosed, at the very least, the same day I bring it in.

Your front facing service people have all been kind and pleasant, however, my ownership experience has been subpar at best. This vehicle has needed significant repair entirely too frequently in the year + that I have had it. Each time I bring the vehicle in for repair, I need to bring it back within the next few days because something wasn’t done correctly. I don’t understand why things can’t be properly repaired.

I got my vehicle serviced quickly.
After I checked in for a State inspection and emissions test, I got a message that the Emission test, State inspection and Multipoint inspects were complimentary! I have that screen capture saying that they were ZERO dollars which I don’t know how to attach to this. I could email if I knew who. I believe that the cost for the inspections that I was charged, over 120 dollars after a military discount is waaay too much much. As was a quote to rotate the four tires for thirty dollars cause two tires had to be taken anyway off for the state inspection service. Questions? Call me at ****-****-xxxx. Frank Bork
