Made my appointment week prior , service had no record of my appointment on 7/8 for 11:am, after talking to service manager, my vehicle was serviced after their lunch break, after approximately 4 hours my vehicle was completed

Irritated that although I dropped the car the night before that it was toed up all day. Irritated that i have to endure poor service time again when the part comes in. I couldn’t get a guarantee that my car would be first up when I bring it in mid July. This is a reason I don't use dealerships for oil, inspection etc. I get much better service from a local service provider.

One comment about the music played in the showroom by the receptionist at the door. It was way to.louf and she had head banging music up turned up to high. There were three of us in the sitting area and we all thought the same thing and just shook our heads.

The technician who completed my service was great. It was a sudden malfunction of the backup camera which caused all the sensors to go haywire and he fixed it in a day. Kimmie was great too.

The dealership was able to determine that the problem with the internal fans running when the car was turned off and draining the battery was due to a defective battery. They replaced it no questions asked.

My comments are not directed towards any individual employee as everyone I interacted with, even briefly, was very nice. My feedback is regarding the capacity (or lack thereof) of the facility to service cars. We are a family that owns 3 Kias currently (2 prior Kias as well), and it appears that your location is completely drowning in work and cannot meet the demands put upon the staff. My vehicle was towed there on June 9th, processed on June 10th and the work was completed on June 30th. This was a frustratingly long time period that caused significant strain on our family of 5 (2 working adults, 2 working teens). Again, even with the delay for ordering parts, being without a vehicle for 20 days was extremely disruptive and caused excessive stress.

My experience with Kimmi Dottavio and the entire staff at Kia Shorkey has been GREAT! From the minute I walked in, Kimmi made me feel very welcomed. She explained everything I needed to know and kept me informed on every step of the way. Kimmi is a huge asset for Kia to have in their service department and because of her, I'll be recommending Wexford Kia to everyone I talk to.
