Staff was very helpful with answering questions about my vehicle’s maintenance.
We were never told there was going to be a charge for this oil change.
We were led to believe it was complimentary and never told otherwise when the appointment was booked and again upon arrival we were not informed when we stated it was to be no charge. I would have not drove out of town and wasted half a day if I was told this in the beginning.
Kimmi was fine. I really enjoy working with her. But kia needs more customer service help and mechanics. Kia is too busy and not enough workers apparently. I would have at least liked a text message or call sometime during the day. But I had to do multiple messages to finally get a phone call late that day. Then I was told the car didn’t even get looked at yet and this was late in the afternoon and they wanted to keep it for the following day. I ended up having to go get the car late that evening because I couldn’t get a loaner from family. The end of the next day I drove back out to Kia to get my spare keys. But this was after another whole day of no reply to my phone or text messages. And that’s when I heard Kia did look at my car late the day before and had a diagnoses for just ONE of my issues. Now I can’t get my car back in until mid August because that’s the first available appointment. And probably will have to schedule another appointment for the other problem. In doing so we have to find a loaner for every appointment needed. So a lot of inconvenience on r end. Kia needs to find more employees to get the old high quality customer service back again!
Again no fault of Kimmi, she great to deal with, it’s just they need more help and they r very stressed. This is my third kia. I loved kia not only for the quality of the cars, but mostly the customer service! Kia needs to work on that one big time!
