My oil change appt was at 10:30. At 12, they were fixing to start on it.
The lady then told me an employee had been hurt, so that is perfectly understandable. I felt bad for having been impatient with the lady.
I wanted to write this comment. I was satisfied with my service!!
Service is not complete yet but today was a good start because more people listen to my concern about the vehicle safety and potential possibilities of futher damage to other parts on vehicle.
Very helpful and courteous.

Angie was excellent in providing a loaner car so I didn’t have to miss work and communicated every step of the way. She even had my car running and warm when I got there. She goes above and beyond.

It’s great when you get treated like family when you walk in!! Not like some places where you feel like they just want your money and the person at the desk can’t answer any kind of question. Amber is awesome she can answer any question and if she can’t she will ask someone and let you know right away. Both those ladies at that desk are so friendly and very knowledgeable!!!
