Very nice and professional and very timely
So far, every time I have had my truck there, the service has been very nice. It was in and out quickly. It was washed. They always seem happy to help and parts department finds what I want fast.
We are leaving for Florida at the end of the week. Chad and his team were able to get me in with no appointment. A few hours later my battery was replaced and I was back on the road again.

I love my 2015 Transit Van, but I realized on my first road trip in Arkansas that I NEED AWD! Service at the service department has always been extremely satisfactory
When I called to schedule I asked how much it would cost I was told 80.66 I also got several text messages saying the same amount when I went to pay it was 117.00 when I asked why there was so much of a difference she said the filter is expensive
I was happy with the service and new tires!
-I had an 8 am apt was asked to leave it cause they couldn't get to it for a few hours so I did.
After waiting all day no update I finally got a call 10 till 4 asking if I could leave it for tomorrow and the tech would try and get it in
No explanation as to what happened
I understand things happen but to not get to the first apt of the day if they were that far behind from the day before or for whatever reason why have me leave it in the first place '
Lady at the service desk was a pain to deal with and wouldn’t even get them to actually inspect my 4x4 that worked fine before your service department did the ring and pinion. They put it in 4x4 and moved it back and forth. So next time it snows it will be useless.
