I was told a front cover leak was going to cost $3000. I asked for a breakdown of all that entailed and was not provided one. The estimate is twice what I can find elsewhere. I was looking for some explanation.

I paid 269.00 for one tire and left with glue all over it! I have never even seen glue like that and I have owned MANY vehicles I just bought 4 tires from a different place for 500.00 and when I pulled out my tires were shining! DO BETTER!

The replacement sunshade still does not seem to fit correctly. Does not bunch up when opened, however it is still very loose and baggy. On driver's side and passenger. It should not be baggy or show light. And still does not seem to be "stitched" properly, which you said was the problem to begin with. It is NOT on track.Flaps when the windows are down.
Why are there gaps? Very disappointed $957.01 later. ????

The mechanic(Jerry) was reving my truck up unnecessarily and beating on the truck for no reason and I did not appreciate that. All I needed was a routine oil change but I was greeted with an immature mechanic that didn’t appreciate my trucks value.
Bethany was very professional as usual and helpful. She also takes time to listen to me and answer my questions!

I was a little shocked at the estimate to reseal the front cam chain cover, $3000. Not something I can have done at Ford.
