The experience was excellent. Kayla was very helpful and friendly. However, not to be a downside, but the heated seat isn't warming very much. It should be looked into again. Other than that the van seems to be running well. Thank you for all of your help. The loaner was the bomb!

David was great. Your estimate to replace my brakes and rotors was three times what my local tire and brake shop charges. If you want my business you have to have competitive pricing. I won’t be back or recommend your service department to anyone I know.
