I own three vehicles, and at least one of them has been in the Grissom CDJR shop every day since November 12. I’ve been a customer of Grissom CDJR since January 2006 (then Schwartz); twenty years. I haven’t been thrilled with the service in a while, but I will say that I’m 100% thrilled with Robin Foxx, Kayla Blankenship, and Adam Jones. They are the reason I stay. They are absolutely wonderful people and excel at their jobs. One cannot say enough about them. Awesome three.

I was unable to get everything I wanted done to my truck. The windshield wipers I wanted were not in stock. Now I have to take time out of my busy life to reschedule to get them replaced when they should have been in stock to begin with.
