The sheer amount of time seemed excessive.The car was dropped off November 15th 2024 and it was road ready on January 8th 2025. What one friend/mechanic told me that should have been a software update turned into a lot of labor and replaced parts. Thank you Xavier for your persistence.

Basically, I told the guy same oil change as last time and I assume nothing of it and went on my way but when I compared both recent oil changes from the last time and this time they weren’t the same and my car sounds a little different when turning on(feels weaker. I’m assuming it’s because of the oil change. The one I did in April 4/25/24 it was repair order 6009065/1 and both receipts say different things. I will be calling back sometime this week so we can work something out, but yeah, I did say same oil changes as last time.
Throughout the entire process, I was kept informed of what was being worked on and the progress that was being made. This level of communication was greatly appreciated and gave me peace of mind knowing that my car was in good hands. The quality of service I received was top-notch, and it was evident that the team at this auto house truly cares about their customers.

I purchased my vehicle three months ago and have already had to bring it in for service on three separate occasions. This is quite concerning and has led me to question the trustworthiness of the company. As a result, I am unlikely to purchase another vehicle from this company in the future.
Fuel pump retainer ring on my pilot is now being replaced by bell Honda because for the THIRD time your mechanics have broken it during install. Honda says wrong tools are being used. So now I’m having to pay to get it done right. Your customer service has been very good, but your service department needs help.
