Vehicle feels worst then it was and I had the vehicle there twice. I will be taking this to an independent mechanic and I will have to check all that was done by warranty work and speak to someone.

My overall experience here was awful. The two men in the front office are so nice so it is nothing against them. My first experience there with Xavier was fantastic so I had the same expectation this time around. My first oil change was $50 because I work next door. When I went in today i knew the price was not going to be $50 but I didn’t expect $128.93 for an oil change. I paid for it and left because I was frustrated. I received a physical copy of the breakdown and an electronic one. They say two different things. I went back and talked to them and ultimately nothing was done. Steven said the the “oil lube and filter” cost I was seeing was actually the labor fee and that is misleading. It makes it look like it’s $50. I understand that they are just doing their job and I also understand that Xavier did things he shouldn’t have, but I’m not happy with the service and definitely will not be returning. I sent around 10 people over to you guys and not a single one wants to go back now because of it. Another one of my coworkers was there yesterday and he was charged around $140 for oil which is absolutely insane. Anyways, I wish your company the best.
Steven was great. Courteous, understanding, and made sure there was follow up on concerns.
I asked about my bumper and nothing was mentioned or fixed.

Xavier is always a joy to work with! He makes going to the auto shop easy even though I live more than 30 minutes away.
