Wow!What an experience.Xavier went above and beyond to get my a/c to work like factory specs .Thank you all who were involved in this learning process.Xavier,Ashley,Mr.Mike.Bock”el Guapo”and the receptionist to.All wanted was to show autohouse some ?? for selling me 5 vehicles,of course the referral $$ for recommending new customers.might texted some mad things but it ALL GOOD.Gracias por todo!??????????????????????????????????????? Xavier displays excellent customer service and is knowledgeable about every service requirement needed. He has great communication skills and makes the process simple and plain leading to a satisfying experience.
The service department never contacted me regarding service to my vehicle, and when I contacted them the person told me I’ll get back with you and never did.
Xavier took control from my 1st call. I had called a few times before and never got answers. When finally connected with him it was a wonderful experience. He had the work completed in a friendly and timely manner.

The experience was stress free didn’t have to worry about any additional decisions everything was handled professional by auto house of Tempe and Chapman Hyundai couldn’t ask for anything better.
