Xavier was awesome! Kept me updated on the process and made sure I fully understood what was going on with my vehicle.
Luke provided exceptional customer support and service. I would recommend that autohouse consider a loner program for customers who need transportation assistance during auto services. I would also recommend a better application for updates and information on services being provided while vehicles are in service .
He was extremely thorough and went the extra mile to be sure all my needs were taken care of, and went over every check point I needed to be aware of with my car! Excellent service agent
I was a bit confused about what to expect, as far as costs and what would be done at this oil change. It did take 2+ hrs. I had no transportation so waited.
I think the confusion came in the fact that I bought a new car and thought that there would be oil changes for at least a year.
I asked and they did give me this oil change.
The staff was all very nice
All team members were friendly. Waiting area was clean and welcoming. However, 2 hours for a scheduled oil change is not acceptable in my opinion. I wish I had been told up-front that it would take that long. I would have arranged for a ride and not waited there with my restless 18mo old. The other lady in the waiting area also waited 2 hours for her oil change.
I thought Xavier was impressionable, he inspires confidence with his hospitable demeanor. Not to be funny he was not at all what his last name seems to suggest in the common usage definition?
Xavier is knowledgeable, respectful and listens. He has always been truthful and makes sure I know what's going on with my vehicle.

I do not need a phone call.please do not have anyone call me except to tell me the part they lost is in & I can have it completed. the job is not finished & i would rather wait till it is finished.
