I dropped my truck off the night before the scheduled service. Since there were no envelopes, I just left the key in the box. Then I responded to the text that was sent about the scheduled service stating that the truck had been dropped off. The next morning I get a text wanting to reschedule since I did not show up for my service. I spent over 3 hours calling and leaving messages with the AI for someone to call. Finally at lunchtime, Matthew contacted me and sped up the service. Matthew was great but you need to work on your communication etween drop off and the AI.

When I made my appointment and drove an hour to get there no one told me I had to pay over 100.00$ to get this done untill I was there and they were taking my car back on top of that I just noticed about 30 minutes ago my sun visor and Aron’s my door is full of oil hands that I don’t know if I’m going to get it out so I’m pretty mad right now !

Mr. Lance Burns was friendly and professional during my appointment. He helped me understand what was found and what will probably need to be changed (ie. filter) during my next service and what the price would be, so that I can better prepare for my next appointment. I would definitely go through Mr. Burns again if given the choice.
