It appears as though all my previous maintenance from Largo Honda in Homestead FL and my 2024 maintenance with Fred Anderson did not appear so they showed up on items I should be considering however they have all been performed. Great car, great service.
My tps light came on on my way home. Call the service department only to get someone on the phone who wanted to make another appointment and could not tell me anything else. Could not find Kayleigh at all . So I went home because I could not come back for the dealership would have been close. So I decided to check the air on all 4 tires. It was then a rusted lug nut on the drivers front was noticed. You can go back and look at the pictures of preservice to validate there was no rusted lug nut on car. This is crazy why is this happening and how do we reslove this issue. Please text me at +****-****-xxxx moving forward on why this happen. Also how will this be handled. I don’t know if this car is safe to drive as is but I cannot do anything until Wednesday for out of town tommorow. I feel if I come back up there you should refund the tire rotation because of the above. I now have to make another trip to dealership just to make sure car is safe. This is totally unacceptable and I wish I would have look at it before I left dealership for sure but I trusted it was done right.

She is absolutely the sweetest ever. I have been twice to get serviced and both times she has been so accommodating and so sweet. Truly a wonderful employee. I hope she gets all the praises from her peers bc she is truly outstanding.
