10 stars for Noah Wilson????I’ve had him before and make sure I always get him. He’s the kindest, most patient, empathetic, professional I’ve EVER had in my 50 years of driving a vehicle! Besides, I have years of experience serving the public: former educator, Family Counselor, and university staff with numerous degrees. I know a Quality employee when I see one. Give him a raise and a bonus! 10 stars. I’m highly satisfied with whomever worked on my CR—V : this is my second one.

Lance is a true professional! I always appreciate his honesty and his ability to explain what services are needed and what services can wait. In this economy trusting your service advisor and knowing they aren’t just trying to make a buck by scaring you is refreshing. He is the reason I keep coming back, and keeps me trusting Fred Anderson Honda.

Everything was fine except I found the cost to replace the serpentine belt high ($278) - expected it to be less than $200. Also, after dropping the car off, I called to request the wiper blades be replaced after I saw you had a special price in effect. It appears that your automated AI system never delivered the message to the service tech.

We were from Florida on a vacation and had some alternator issues. We called in. Theodore was extremely helpful, and courteous. He was able to get us in without an appointment and get our alternator and serpentine replaced within 2 1/2 hours so we could keep our commitments. I don’t live in Greenville anymore, but if I did, Theodore and the Fred Anderson team would be my choice for all car service.

I had a flat tire on the way home from a long day. I was able to use a tire inflator in order to make it to Honda. I was worried about coming unannounced so late in the day and thought I might have to leave the car overnight. Nick was very kind and eager to help—a true blessing. Within a short time I was on my way home with a new tire. I truly appreciate Nick and the technician who helped me so well at the end of their work day.
