Everything went well and as expected and nick’s time estimate was spot on.
I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 1:30. My car was taken back at that time. I had to wait three hours for the work to be done and the car returned to me. I question the purpose of setting up an appointment. I could have had the same work done st Jiffy Lube in under thirty minutes with no appointment. I did not leave as a satisfied customer.
Noah was very helpful with my car service today. He pointed out the recommendations needed for my vehicle and did not push or force me to have it all done at once since the total amount was a large number. He offered different payment plans to help. He was very patient and generous for sure. Thank you so much!

Nick saved my life today…. After a 1037 mile trip from NH, my car was acting up, I was here helping my 89 year old Mother in law move, and I was afraid to take my car on the free way… I called earlier and spoke with a receptionist who told me there was no availability, and had no future appointments… I just drove over as I was 6 minutes away, nick took care of me….
