Software update was done within estimated time frame and I was back on the road without any delays.
Communication was the issue, I think Fred Anderson needs to improve the communication between the service advisor and the costumer for only 1 way to void miscommunication.

Theodore went out of his way to make sure my car got a new battery when it failed in the reception bay. I was there for an oil change. Very helpful employee. Even spent time trying to explain Honda’s weird 100 month battery warranty which I was having a hard time understanding.
