I’ve had several times where service was needed on my two CRV’s. I request Theodore when I come to the shop. Theodore is thorough in his explanations, along with being friendly and helpful in lining up transportation (through LYFT) so that I can get on with my day. I really appreciate the support the service team provides when called upon.

My wife took my truck for service.she brought it to me at work. While I was driving home I noticed the truck didn’t sound right when I would accelerate. I stopped and raised my hood and the technician had failed to put the lid on the air filter housing.
