Eric exceeds expectations in his care for his customers. When I brought my CRV in for an oil change, he started the car to check the mileage. He noticed the slow start and recommended they check the battery. The battery failed the test. Eric had the battery replaced saving me from possibly being stranded with a dead battery! It’s the small details that he’s always aware of. He gives this ‘much older lady’ great confidence in the care my CRV receives at the Honda service center.

Kayla is an amazing Service Technician at Fred Anderson Honda. She is kind and professional. She is thorough in explaining pricing and what is needed in addressing service maintenance on the vehicle.
Luke did a great job and I have no complaints about his service. I’m disappointed that my vehicle is 5 years old and I have to replace a sensor. The vehicle has had issues with infotainment/electrical system which is disappointing for a Honda product.
