The service is wonderful—very kind and courteous people, and it’s a perfect place to enjoy a coffee. The only thing is that there are no Spanish-speaking staff anymore, so I would suggest having team members who speak both Spanish and English, of course, because there is still a Hispanic community that does not speak English. We would like to be assisted by someone who speaks Spanish so we can fully explain what we need.

This is my first time coming in, and I had a great experience. Nick made it all the better. He was very friendly and explained everything to me very well so the whole process went smooth. He eagerly answered all my questions, and he told me I could contact him directly if I ever wanted to set up another appointment which I plan to do for sure.

My experience with Lance was great. When I entered the garage, I had a few items that I wanted checked out. Lance was transparent about the wait times, which helped me set realistic expectations. Throughout the service, he kept me updated on the findings and provided recommendations. One point I would like to emphasize is that when a service advisor approaches a customer with recommendations or suggestions based on inspection findings or observations, they should first verify whether the vehicle has any existing contracts or coverage. Conducting this due diligence prior to speaking with the customer demonstrates proactive thinking and a commitment to thorough service.

Brody's professionalism and dedication made this an excellent experience. ​His courtesy was remarkable; he was professional, welcoming, and listened carefully to my needs. Brody was exceptional in providing service information, clearly explaining the maintenance, providing rationale for all recommendations, and ensuring I understood the work. ​I was also very impressed with his time management, as the service was completed exactly within the estimated timeframe he provided. Crucially, he went above and beyond to verify all questions I had raised, giving me complete confidence in the quality and completeness of the service. ​Brody Finnigan is a significant asset to the Fred Honda team.
