I found 3 different place in my vehicle where there was notable oil left from 3-4 fingers that had touched surfaces. Some of it was on my leather middle console and I had to scrub it off.

I am surprised to have a rear differential service on a brand new car. I thought we were going to have little to no maintenance costs for a while. I wasn’t there so can’t comment on the rest of the service, but I’m sure that part was great as your people are always helpful.

Make it easier to talk with a REAL PERSON when you call the service department. The AI chatbot is annoying. I now know to just ask for a real person. It was interesting however that the person I finally connected with said they weren’t onsite. I realize this type of answering service is becoming the norm, but it is terribly impersonal.
