Caleb was fast and responsive when I had a problem with an oil leak after doing an oil change 10 days prior. There were originally no available appointments for the next morning but got me scheduled first thing that morning. He goes out of his way for customer satisfaction. However, I totally dislike your robo-phone when you call for service. I want a human being to talk with. I needed a 4 wheel wheel alignment on my AWD 2024 CR-V and the robo call wanted to book an oil change and a wheel rotation. Want to talk to a human, please.
