Mariah was very helpful with the issues I had with my car. She was professional and also knowledgeable. Honda always provides great customer service.
I was there for almost 3 hours before anyone spoke with me, and then it was Theodore Davis, noting I had been there a long time and had I heard from my service advisor. When I said no, he kindly checked on things for me and said that my advisor was on lunch break. Soon, Keith informed me of where my oil leak was, and wanted to make an appointment for me to have it repaired. I wrongly assumed that the car was being repaired while I waited. Keith said, well, there were a few cars ahead of you. I also was told of some other concerns and wondered why this was not mentioned to me on 12/18/23 when I had my car in, and was told about the oil leak , and their recommendation for cabin and air filter changes. I was also told I would have to make two appointments, or leave the car for two days to do the repairs.
Theodore was very professional and friendly.

Should have never been directed to Honda Service. I ended up paying for services that were included in my warranty/Acura service agreement. Plus it took over 3 hours for routine service items.

She is not tell me that I have to pay environmentlee for repair order costed me $9.00. I think she is disadvantage me as hearing impaired
