Preston is the only service advisor I will use when I get my car serviced. Many others have treated me like I’m a stupid girl that doesn’t know anything about her car and won’t listen to me. Preston has never treated me that way. I am very grateful for Preston and if it was not for him I would not be taking my car to Honda.

My car was serviced for an alignment and an oil change. My car is still pulling to the right after the alignment, so I will be contacting the dealership for a follow up.
