He went above and beyond to help us with unexpected car issues - our original service attendant gave us information that wasn’t correct and he went above and beyond to make up for the issues that created.
Highly recommend him and his service.
I was no aware my free oil changes would not be at any Honda location.. I had to pay 88 dollars for a oil change that should have been free.

Free oil change is $160 or more every time
Lance Burns takes good care of overseeing the routine maintenance on our CRV-Hybrid and Ridgeline. He’s my “go to” service coordinator. Very pleased!

We brought our car in for a recall. Since then we’ve had:
Call trying to let you all price our Fit, claiming we were interested in selling. We are not, never said that, and it was a lie.
Got an email yesterday trying to get us to upgrade to a new car.
Got another email today trying to get us to buy a new car.
It feels like harassment at this point. We just wanted our recall done!
We miss how things were with Breakaway Honda. It was a much better company. We bought new cars there. I doubt with our experience with Anderson that we’d buy there. It’s a shame since we’ve owned 6 Hondas, and 4 were bought new. 2 at Breakaway.
He was very helpful and explained some things to me about my family plan that I should have known before I met him. Thanks theodore.
